Message credits
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. A credit that has been used to open a conversation is not refundable, except where the other member’s account is removed for breaching our rules within 7 days of the room opening, in which case the credit is returned.
Talk to Imam and counselling sessions
Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before the session. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a new time, your choice.
Nikah ceremony
The deposit is refundable up to 14 days before the date. Within 14 days the deposit is retained to cover the Respected Imam’s reserved time. If we cannot attend for any reason, the deposit is refunded in full.
Courses and Study Circle membership
Single courses are refundable within 14 days if less than 20% has been completed. Monthly membership can be cancelled at any time and ends at the end of the paid month.
Shop orders
You may return unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Personalised items, opened attar and perishable goods are excluded unless faulty. Faulty items are refunded or replaced in full, including return postage.
