What the Imam does in your conversation
The Respected Imam is not there to read every word. He is there so that both sides behave as they would in front of their families, to answer questions about compatibility and Islamic requirements, and to step in if anything is inappropriate. He can pause or close a room, and he can convert a conversation into a family meeting, a counselling session or a nikah booking when the time is right.

Is halal matching on London Muslims free?
Yes. Registration, profile, browsing, filters and sending or accepting interest are free. You only pay when a match is made and you choose to open a conversation, from £4.99 per conversation.
Who can see my profile?
Only approved, logged-in members. Photos are shown according to the setting you choose: visible, on request, or after a match. Profiles are never indexed by search engines.
Can a sister bring her wali or family into the conversation?
Yes. There is a wali seat in every room. A sister can add her wali or a family member at any point, and the Respected Imam is present throughout.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account while it is active. A conversation room stays open for 30 days from the day it is opened.
Do you accept members outside London?
Yes. The platform is UK wide. Many members prefer someone in London or nearby, and the borough filter makes that easy.
What happens if someone behaves badly?
Report them from their profile or the conversation. Our moderators review every report, and accounts that break the rules are removed. Serious matters are handled under our Online Safety Act procedures.
