Availability, honestly
Appointment allowances are the most we will hold for you each week, not a promise that every slot will be free. Our Respected Imams keep time aside for members first, and if a week is full we will offer you the next one. If you ever cannot get the time you have paid for, tell us and we will put it right.
How joining works
Can I cancel the London Muslims Club at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account page in a couple of clicks and your membership runs to the end of the month you have already paid for. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no phone call to sit through.
Can I pay by Direct Debit instead of card?
Card is the option we can offer today, and it renews automatically so there is nothing to remember. Direct Debit is coming, and members will be able to switch over without re-joining.
What does the family plan actually cover?
The Advance plan covers you and up to five people in your household. Each of them gets their own login, their own courses and their own chat, and the weekly appointment allowance is shared across the family.
Do I have to be a member to talk to an Imam?
No. The free 15 minute introduction stays free for everyone, and anyone can book a full session and pay for it on the day. Membership just means the sessions are already covered.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up whenever you like and the change applies immediately. Move down and the new rate starts at your next renewal. Your course progress, credits and history follow you either way.
What happens to my courses if I stop paying?
Access to member courses pauses when the membership ends, and everything you completed is kept. Re-join later and you carry on from where you stopped.
