Who it is for
Before marriage
Expectations, finances, in-laws, roles, and how to talk about the difficult things before they become problems.
Couples
Repeated arguments, trust, intimacy concerns, communication breakdown, or simply feeling distant. You come together, or separately first.
Family mediation
When parents, in-laws or extended family are part of the difficulty, a Respected Imam can mediate a conversation with respect for everyone.
Sessions and pricing
Confidential and judgement free
What you share stays between you and the Respected Imam. We are not a substitute for medical or legal help, and we will tell you plainly if a situation needs a professional service or, in an emergency, the police. Read our safeguarding statement.
Do both partners have to attend?
No. Many people start alone and bring their spouse later. We work with what is possible.
Is marriage counselling with an Imam confidential?
Yes. Nothing is shared with family, community or anyone else without your permission, except where someone is at risk of serious harm, as our safeguarding statement explains.
Can you help if we are considering divorce?
Yes. We help couples explore reconciliation honestly, and where separation is the outcome we guide both sides on doing it with dignity and in line with Islamic teaching.
