The prophetic way of eating
Begin with Bismillah, eat with the right hand, sit down, eat together, eat slowly, stop before you are full, and thank Allah. Dates, honey, olive oil, barley, milk, black seed, figs and pomegranate appear again and again in the Sunnah, and modern nutrition keeps confirming why. None of this is complicated. It is a rhythm, and we help you find it.
